Our objective is to produce wines in the traditional Tuscan way. You won’t find barrels in our cellar!
The grapes are handpicked and carefully carried from the field to the cellar to maximize the quality of the finished product.
The maceration last in general 2 weeks. The maturation process is done in 5hl and 10hl oak barrels for 12 to 18 months. The wine is then put into bottles and ready to be sold 6 months later.

Degustation note
Naso tipico, note aggrumate, spezie, morbide e ben definito. Servire a 10/12° C.
